The annual Leadership Exchange is the primary mechanism for peer exchange and learning among senior leaders from IHP’s member organizations. At each Exchange, members share and discuss approaches to policy and business that impact the development, operation, and sustainability of social housing. Leadership Exchange is designed to foster:
- The exchange of information on areas of common interest
- Deeper collaboration and exploration on specific areas identified as priorities
- The creation of opportunities for business collaborations among members
